I am a mother to two amazing sons. My oldest son is 18 years old and my youngest is now 12 years old. They both continue to be my greatest teachers in this life...I'm sure anyone with teenagers can relate to that! I am also a Registered Nurse, Hypnotherapist, and BQH practitioner. I am a Certified Hypnotherapist through the American Board for Hypnotherapy and through the National Association of Transpersonal Hypnotherapists. I worked as a nurse for about 10 years in pediatrics, internal medicine, and mainly psychiatric hospitals. I left my hospital nursing job at the age of 30 when I began experiencing significant health issues. I am now 37 years old and have been on an intense spiritual and physical healing journey for the last 7 years. I am fascinated by the human experience and enjoy learning all I can about the mind, body, and soul.
I have used BQH and hypnosis as healing modalities on my own spiritual journey. The second time I received a BQH hypnosis session I experienced an instantaneous healing of my life long mitral valve heart murmur. This healing was confirmed by a cardiologist and quite honestly shook my entire belief system to its core. Needless to say my curiosity about hypnosis, BQH, and the human body's ability to heal peaked. It was then that I decided I needed to know how to perform these amazing hypnosis sessions. Through performing these types of sessions for others I have learned that I do not heal anyone. I am simply a practitioner who is facilitating a session and holding space for you to be able to explore your own subconscious and provide healing for yourself. I hope to awaken people to the innate wisdom and power hat resides within them.
